GarageSnaps offers Standard Shipping (5-8 business days, free on orders over threshold), Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days), and Overnight Shipping (1 business day, order before 12:00 PM CST). International shipping is available to select destinations including Canada (7-14 business days), Europe (10-18 business days), and Australia & New Zealand (12-20 business days).

What is the return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. GarageSnaps provides prepaid return labels for defective or incorrect items. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Custom or personalized orders, installed items, and items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.

Are custom or personalized orders returnable?

No. Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for return or exchange once production has begun. Other non-returnable items include installed items, altered or modified items, digital products, QR code subscriptions, and gift cards.

How do I initiate a return?

Email support@garagesnaps.com with subject line 'Return Request — Order #[your order number]'. Include your order number, items to return, and reason for return. The team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Do not ship returns without a valid RMA number.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Report damage or defects within 14 days of delivery by contacting support@garagesnaps.com. Include your order number, description of the issue, and at least two photos showing the damage. GarageSnaps will offer a free replacement, store credit, or full refund.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, GarageSnaps ships to select international destinations including Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and other regions. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes.
