Shipping & Returns

We want your GarageSnaps experience to be as seamless as possible — from the moment you place your order to the day it arrives at your door. Please read the information below carefully so you know exactly what to expect.
1. Order Processing
If you have questions not answered here, reach out to us at support@garagesnaps.com or call [Phone Number], Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM CST.
1.1 Processing Time. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
1.2 Custom & Personalized Orders. Orders that include custom artwork, personalized QR codes, or made-to-order designs require an additional 3–5 business days of production time before shipment. You will receive an email confirmation when your custom order enters production and another when it ships.
1.3 Order Confirmation. You will receive an automated order confirmation email immediately after your purchase. This email confirms receipt of your order but does not guarantee availability. In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you within 2 business days and offer a full refund or suitable alternative.
1.4 Order Modifications. If you need to change your order — including shipping address, product selection, or quantity — please contact us at support@garagesnaps.com as soon as possible. We can accommodate modifications only before the order enters fulfillment. Once an order has been packed or shipped, we are unable to make changes.
1.5 Order Cancellations. Standard orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet shipped. Custom orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After these windows, cancellations are subject to our return policy outlined in Section 4.
2. Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories, and select international destinations. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Standard shipping is free on all domestic orders over $[threshold]. Orders below this threshold are subject to a flat shipping fee of $[amount], calculated at checkout.
Please note: Estimated delivery times begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement. Processing time is additional.
2.2 U.S. Territories & APO/FPO/DPO Addresses
We ship to U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.) and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) via USPS. Delivery times to these destinations may vary and can exceed standard estimates. Additional shipping fees may apply.
2.3 International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination country and package weight.

International customers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our pricing or shipping fees and are collected by the destination country's customs authority. GarageSnaps has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
3. Tracking Your Order
3.1 Tracking Notification. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.
3.2 Tracking Updates. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your shipping confirmation email is sent. This is normal and does not indicate a problem with your shipment.
3.3 Lost or Delayed Packages. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days (domestic) or 10 business days (international), please contact us at support@garagesnaps.com with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
3.4 Undeliverable Packages. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment fees may apply. If we are unable to reach you within 14 days of the return, the order will be treated as a return and refunded minus original shipping costs.
4. Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
4.1 Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
- The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition
- The item is in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation included
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) is provided
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the item's purchase price.
4.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:
- Custom or personalized orders once production has begun
- Items that have been installed on a garage door or exterior surface
- Items that have been altered, modified, or washed
- Digital products, QR code subscriptions, or downloadable content
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase
- Gift cards
4.3 How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@garagesnaps.com with the subject line "Return Request — Order #[your order number]"
- Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for the return
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the package
- Ship the item to the address provided in our return instructions
Do not ship returns without a valid RMA number. Unauthorized returns may be refused at our facility and returned to sender at the customer's expense.
4.4 Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or incorrect items: GarageSnaps will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us.
4.5 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a product defect
- Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you have not received it, please contact us at support@garagesnaps.com.
4.6 Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, size, or design, please return the original item following the process above and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest possible turnaround.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
We quality-check every order before it leaves our facility. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we sincerely apologize and will make it right.
5.1 Reporting Damage. Please report damaged or defective items within 14 days of delivery by emailing support@garagesnaps.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- At least two (2) photos showing the damage or defect (including packaging if damaged in transit)
5.2 Resolution Options. Upon review and approval of your claim, we will offer one of the following resolutions at our discretion:
- A free replacement of the same item, shipped at no additional cost
- A store credit for the full value of the item
- A full refund to the original payment method
5.3 Carrier Damage. If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the exterior packaging before opening it, and note the damage with the carrier if possible. This documentation significantly aids our claim process with the shipping carrier.
6. Missing Items & Incorrect Orders
6.1 Missing Items. If your order arrives with items missing, please check your shipping confirmation email to verify whether your order was split into multiple shipments. If all shipments have been delivered and items are still missing, contact us within 7 days of the final delivery date.
6.2 Incorrect Items. If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange return shipping at our expense and send the correct item as quickly as possible.
7. Holiday & Peak Season Shipping
During high-volume periods — including the winter holiday season (November–December), Valentine's Day, and other peak promotional periods — processing and shipping times may be longer than standard estimates. We will post notices on our website and communicate via email when extended timelines are expected.
We strongly recommend placing orders at least [X] business days before a gift-giving occasion to allow for processing and delivery. GarageSnaps is not responsible for packages that arrive after a desired date due to carrier delays or late order placement.
8. Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or destination-specific regulations. Any applicable restrictions will be noted on the product page. GarageSnaps reserves the right to cancel and refund orders that cannot be fulfilled due to shipping restrictions.
