Subscription & Auto-Renewal Terms

GarageSnaps does not currently offer a subscription service. These terms are intended as a template for a future recurring offering and should only be published once a subscription plan is launched and all plan-specific information has been confirmed.

Subscription & Auto-Renewal Terms

These Subscription Terms apply only if you enroll in a GarageSnaps recurring plan (a “Subscription”). They supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. SUBSCRIPTION STRUCTURE

1.1 By enrolling, you authorize GarageSnaps, through our payment processor, to charge your payment method at the recurring interval disclosed at sign-up until you cancel as described below.

1.2 Your Subscription renews automatically for successive periods equal to your initial term unless you cancel before the renewal date. Any promotional or trial pricing converts to the then-current price at the end of the promotional period.

2. BILLING; PRICE CHANGES; FAILED PAYMENTS

2.1 You authorize recurring charges for the subscription fee and applicable taxes and agree to keep a valid payment method on file.

2.2 We may change pricing or benefits with advance notice as required by law. Continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance, and you may cancel before the change becomes effective.

2.3 If a payment fails, we may retry the payment, suspend access, or cancel the Subscription after unsuccessful attempts.

3. CANCELLATION; REFUNDS; TRIALS

3.1 You may cancel your Subscription at any time through [CANCELLATION URL] or by contacting [SUPPORT CHANNEL]. Cancellation will be made available through a process at least as easy as the sign-up process. Unless otherwise stated or required by law, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and fees already paid are non-refundable.

3.2 If a free trial is offered, we will disclose the renewal amount and timing before you enroll. Where required by law, we will provide notice before the trial converts to a paid Subscription. You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
