Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the GarageSnaps website located at garagesnaps.com (the "Site"), purchasing any of our products, or accessing any features or services we offer (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. About GarageSnaps
GarageSnaps, LLC ("GarageSnaps," "we," "our," or "us") is a company incorporated under the laws of the State of Texas, United States. We design, produce, and sell magnetic decorative displays for residential and commercial garage doors, along with related digital tools including QR code management, scan analytics, and customization features.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or place an order. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
2.2 Account Creation. To access certain features, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2.3 Account Security. You agree to notify GarageSnaps immediately at security@garagesnaps.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. GarageSnaps will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
2.4 One Account Per User. You may not create multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing account suspensions, promotional limits, or any other restriction applied to your account.
2.5 Business Accounts. If you register as a realtor, brokerage, or business entity, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and the terms "you" and "your" will refer to both you and the entity.
3. Products & Orders
3.1 Product Descriptions. We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately, including colors, dimensions, and materials. However, we cannot guarantee that your display device will reproduce colors with perfect accuracy. Minor variations in product appearance do not constitute a defect.
3.2 Order Acceptance. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or cancel any order for any reason, including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Order confirmation emails do not constitute acceptance; acceptance occurs when the order ships.
3.3 Pricing. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. If an error is identified after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
3.4 Taxes. Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address. You are responsible for any additional duties, taxes, or customs fees if shipping internationally.
3.5 Custom & Personalized Orders. Certain products may be customized to your specifications. Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun, except in cases of manufacturing defect or our error.
4. Payment
4.1 Accepted Methods. We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
4.2 Payment Processing. All payment transactions are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe, Inc., and are subject to Stripe's terms and privacy policy. GarageSnaps does not store full credit card numbers on its servers.
4.3 Failed Payments. If a payment fails or is reversed, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your order and any associated account privileges until the matter is resolved.
4.4 Chargebacks. If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to attempt resolution, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback, suspend your account, and pursue collection of any amounts owed.
5. Shipping & Delivery
5.1 Shipping Estimates. Shipping timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. GarageSnaps is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
5.2 Delivery Address. You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by you.
5.3 Risk of Loss. Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
5.4 International Shipping. For international orders, you are the importer of record and are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and import regulations in your country.
6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
6.1 Return Window. We accept returns of unused, undamaged, non-custom products within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
6.2 Initiating a Return. To initiate a return, contact us at support@garagesnaps.com with your order number and reason for return. We will issue a return authorization and instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
6.3 Refunds. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.
6.4 Defective Products. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the defect. We will, at our discretion, offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or full refund.
6.5 Non-Returnable Items. The following items are not eligible for return: custom or personalized orders once production has begun; digital products, QR code subscriptions, or downloadable content; items that have been installed, altered, or used beyond initial inspection.
7. QR Code Features & Digital Services
7.1 QR Code Functionality. Certain GarageSnaps products include or are compatible with QR codes that link to digital content you configure, including property listings, contact information, open house schedules, or custom URLs. You are solely responsible for the content linked through your QR codes.
7.2 Acceptable Use of QR Content. You agree that content linked through your QR codes will not: violate any applicable law or regulation; infringe any third-party intellectual property rights; contain false, misleading, defamatory, or deceptive information; promote illegal activity, violence, harassment, or hate speech; or distribute malware, phishing schemes, or unauthorized advertising.
7.3 Scan Analytics. We collect and provide scan data (date, time, approximate location, device type) as part of our Services. You acknowledge that this data is derived from third-party end users scanning your QR code and agree to use it only for lawful business purposes.
7.4 Service Availability. QR-linked digital features depend on third-party infrastructure and internet availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for downtime, URL resolution failures, or QR code inaccessibility caused by factors outside our control.
7.5 Subscription Features. Access to advanced QR management, analytics dashboards, and realtor-specific tools may require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, billing cycles, and cancellation procedures will be disclosed at the time of subscription enrollment.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Our Intellectual Property. All content on the Site and Services — including logos, product images, text, graphics, designs, software, and the GarageSnaps brand — is owned by or licensed to GarageSnaps and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in our intellectual property.
8.2 Limited License. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site and Services for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from the Site without our prior written consent.
8.3 Your Content. By submitting content to us — including photos, reviews, testimonials, or custom design requests — you grant GarageSnaps a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting our Services. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this license.
8.4 Copyright Infringement. If you believe content on our Site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to legal@garagesnaps.com with the information required under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), including: a description of the copyrighted work; the URL where the allegedly infringing material is located; your contact information; a statement of good faith belief; and your signature.
9. Prohibited Conduct
When using our Services, you agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, other accounts, or connected systems
- Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Use automated tools (scrapers, bots, crawlers) to access or extract data from the Site without written permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site or its underlying infrastructure
- Use our branding, trademarks, or product images in any manner not expressly authorized by these Terms
- Circumvent any security feature, access control, or usage limit implemented by GarageSnaps
- Engage in any conduct that, in GarageSnaps's sole judgment, restricts or inhibits any other user's enjoyment of the Services
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GARAGESNAPS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT: (A) THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE; (B) ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED; (C) THE SITE OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS; OR (D) THE RESULTS OF USING THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GARAGESNAPS, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO GARAGESNAPS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00).
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN TYPES OF DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU IN FULL.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GarageSnaps and its officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Services or products; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights; (d) content you submit, link through QR codes, or otherwise make available through the Services; or (e) any dispute between you and a third party.
We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate fully with our defense.
13. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
13.1 Informal Resolution First. Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at legal@garagesnaps.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
13.2 Binding Arbitration. If the dispute is not resolved informally, you and GarageSnaps agree to resolve it through final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitration will be conducted in [City, Texas], or virtually if agreed by both parties.
13.3 Class Action Waiver. YOU AND GARAGESNAPS EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION. All claims must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
13.4 Exceptions. Either party may seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration. Claims related to intellectual property infringement may also be brought in court.
13.5 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. For disputes not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in [County, Texas].
14. Termination
14.1 By You. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@garagesnaps.com. Termination does not entitle you to any refund except as expressly provided in these Terms.
14.2 By Us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to GarageSnaps or other users.
14.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your license to use the Services ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 8 (Intellectual Property), 10 (Disclaimers), 11 (Limitation of Liability), 12 (Indemnification), and 13 (Dispute Resolution) — will continue in full force.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes, we will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to your registered address or a prominent site notice. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. General Provisions
16.1 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and GarageSnaps regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements.
16.2 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
16.3 No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
16.4 Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may freely assign our rights without restriction.
16.5 Force Majeure. GarageSnaps will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, government actions, or telecommunications failures.
